These terms cover the Cutroom iPhone app and this website. Using the app means you accept them.

Your work is yours
You keep every right to the recordings you import and the video you export. Cutroom claims no licence over them, and it never changes your original recordings — the edits live in the project, not in your files.
Using the app
Use Cutroom for your own editing. Do not redistribute the app, sell it, or repackage the components inside it as your own product.
Cutroom Pro subscriptions
Cutroom Pro is sold as an auto-renewing subscription, either monthly or yearly. The plan, what it costs, and how long it runs are all shown in the app before you buy, and that price is the one Apple charges.
The payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, and that account is charged again each time the subscription renews. A subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You manage or cancel it in your Apple subscription settings; cancelling stops the next renewal, and access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.
There is no App Store introductory trial. Without a subscription you can import clips, edit them and preview the result for free; saving an export needs Cutroom Pro.
No warranty
Cutroom is provided as it is. Editing software can fail — an export can fail, a write can fail — so keep the recordings you care about. The app keeps a failed export rather than discarding it, and it never replaces a saved project without asking.
Limits
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost recordings, lost edits, or other damage that comes from using the app.
Components from other companies
Cutroom includes components fromDesert Ant Labs, used under its source-available licence.
The App Store
If you downloaded Cutroom from the App Store, Apple'sstandard end user licence agreementalso applies to your copy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
